Fmr. Biden official: Biden's HHS Secy won't stand up to Trump as CA Gov

<p>In the middle of a crowded field to be California's next governor, President Joe Biden's Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra made his case to voters at the CNN debate. Former Biden DOJ official Xochitl Hinojosa says the state needs someone who will stand up to President Donald Trump and she doesn't trust Becerra to do that.</p>
