Global scramble to contain Ebola outbreak as US relocates affected citizens

<p>An international effort is underway to contain a new Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda after the WHO declared it a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. The Bundibugyo strain has caused at least 80 suspected deaths and over 240 suspected cases, with no approved vaccines or treatments available.
