McCarthy Takes Role in Albion River Deal

Defense private equity firm Albion River is merging several suppliers into a new platform called Ignium. It's being backed by a $300 million equity raise and a board that includes former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. The company will focus on boosting production of key military components.
