Video recorded by AP shows the aftermath of violence after a top cartel leader was killed by Mexican authorities in the western state of Jalisco. Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, known as "El Mencho," was slain in a federal operation on Sunday morning, Mexico's government said in a statement.
