Barclays CEO Says AI Is Having a 'Creeping Impact'

Barclays CEO CS Venkatakrishnan discusses the use of artificial intelligence in the banking industry, saying the technology is having a "creeping" impact on the UK lender. "We are seeing things getting on the margin a little more efficient in certain parts," he says.
