China Beef Deal Is a 'Big Deal:' Rep. Stutzman

Representative Marlin Stutzman (R-IN), a member of the House Financial Services and Budget Committees, says China reopening to US beef is a "big deal" for farmers and calls President Trump's Beijing trip "one of the most consequential" of his presidency. He calls a federal gas tax holiday a "good idea" but says Congress would need to backfill the Highway Trust Fund, and expects the CLARITY Act to move through the House absent "drastic changes" in the Senate.
