3M allowed to partially resume production at its Zwijndrecht plant | VRT NWS: news

The American chemicals company 3M has been given the all-clear to restart part of the production process at its factory at Zwijndrecht (Antwerp Province). Production at the factory that was found to be the source of PFOS contamination had been completely halted. However, on Friday the Flemish Environment Minister Zuhal Demir (nationalist) said that part of the production process at the factory could recommence “in so far as it doesn’t endanger health or the environment”.
