Ferrero factory closed after salmonella outbreak given provisional permission to reopen | VRT NWS: news

The Ferrero chocolate factory at Arlon (Luxembourg Province) has been given conditional permission to reopen. The factory has been closed since 8 April after people in several European countries had become ill after having eaten Kinder chocolate products that had been produced at the factory. The provisional permission to resume production at the factory is valid for three months. During this period all the products and the ingredients used to make them at the factory will be tested.
