With temperatures set to reach well above 30°C in inland areas on Saturday it’s a pretty safe bet to say that many (tens of) thousands of people will head for the coastal resorts of West Flanders. The Belgian rail company NMBS warns that trains could be crammed to the rafters with day-trippers and has put on additional services in an attempt to make taking the train to the coast bearable for passengers.
