Nicole de Moor, the new Asylum Secretary, has taken the Oath of Allegiance before King Filip of the Belgians. She did so in the presence of Prime Minister Alexander De Croo at the Royal Palace. Nicole de Moor took the oath in French and in Dutch. She also talked to the press, confirming that the lack of accommodation for asylum seekers is high on the priority list. A new reception centre should be opened in the short term.
