Animal Welfare Service seizes Ghent alpacas for a second time | VRT NWS: news

The Animal Welfare Service has taken away two alpacas that have been living between buildings housing lock-up garages in the Brugsepoort area of the East Flemish city of Ghent. It’s the second time that the animals have been taken away. Last year the alpacas were seized for a first time. A new inspection of their living conditions found that their situation had not improved.
