The council of state, Belgium’s highest administrative court, has decided that a group of scouts from Wilrijk (Antwerp Province) may stay at their campsite in La Roche-en-Ardenne (Luxembourg Province). The group had taken the matter to the court after the local mayor ordered an end to the camp involving 230 children and teens following complaints from local residents.
