42-year-old man dies after being shot; his killer has given himself up to police | VRT NWS: news

A 42-year-old man has died after he was shot by another man in the Eksaarde district of Lokeren (East Flanders) earlier today. The man that fired the fatal shot was hiding in a house but has since given himself up to police. He is reported to have been having an affair with his victim’s wife.
