Two people have died in an accident involving three lorries on the E40 motorway at Groot-Bijgaarden in Flemish Brabant. The Brussels-bound E40 was completely blocked. Traffic heading for the capital was diverted off the motorway at Ternat. The motorway reopened at around 4pm.
