50 drivers that filmed Monday’s accident on the E40 to be fined and/or banned from driving | VRT NWS: news

On Monday afternoon the Highways Police caught around 50 motorists that were filming footage of the fatal accident on the E40 motorway at Groot-Bijgaarden (Flemish Brabant) on their mobile phones. The motorists will all be issued with crime notices and risk fines of 174 euro or even a summons to appear in court.
