Average rents top 800 euros in Flanders and 1,100 euros in its capital | VRT NWS: news

Figures from the Flemish confederation of real estate professionals, the CIB, show the rent of an average home now stands at 800 euros a month. For Brussels the figure is 1,100 euros. The Flemish tenants’ organisation Vlaams Huurdersplatform has asked the government to intervene.
