Belgium can step up the fight against monkeypox: we will get 1,500 monkeypox vaccines from the Netherlands while at the same time a new method can be used to administer the vaccine, making it possible to vaccinate about 6,000 Belgians extra against the disease in the short term, the Belgian Health minister Frank Vandenbroucke (Flemish socialist) has announced.
