The number of passengers that used Brussels Airport at Zaventem in Flemish Brabant during July and August has exceeded initial expectations. Between 1 July and 31 August 2022 there were 4.4 passenger movements through Zaventem. This is 81% of the number of passengers that used the airport in July and August 2019, the last year before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
