Grid management company offers to turn off street lights to help municipalities save on energy bills | VRT NWS: news

The electricity grid management company Fluvius has asked all 300 Flemish municipalities whether they wish to have their street lights turned off during the night. By turning off the streets lights between 11pm and 5am Sunday to Thursday municipal authorities could save around a third on their electricity bills.
