Rail unions issue strike notice for 5 October | VRT NWS: news

The rail unions have issued a strike notice for Wednesday 5 October. Originally the unions had planned a day of action on Tuesday 18 October, but this has now been brought forward to Wednesday of next week. The unions hope that by taking industrial action they will be able to put pressure on the Federal Government.
