First Community Land Trust project in Ghent | VRT NWS: news

Construction on the first Community Land Trust(CLT) project in Flanders has started in the Meulestede neighbourhood of Ghent. This model enables people to buy a home without purchasing the land. The project consists of 34 houses. The land on which they are built will be owned by the social housing association.
