The Prime Minister, Alexander De Croo (Flemish liberal), is expected in parliament for his State of the Union address at 2PM today after negotiators of government parties struck a deal on the budget. Key ministers had been involved in talks for days and negotiated through the night without a deal materialising. Agreement has now been reached.
