Asylum crisis widens | VRT NWS: news

Humanitarian aid organisations working with migrants and refugees are sounding the alarm as they are receiving more and more calls for help from asylum seekers, who are failing to receive accommodation in Brussels. Waiting times at the aliens department registration centre are increasing and that is resulting in more and more asylum seekers seeking assistance outside Brussels, e.g. in the East Flemish cities of Ghent and Sint-Niklaas.
