COVID-19 latest: fewer than 900 patients in hospital | VRT NWS: news

Figures from science health institute Sciensano show that 841 people are in hospital with COVID-19. The figure includes people hospitalised for other reasons and is down 22% on the week. The number of new cases and daily hospitalisations are both down. On average 650 new cases are being recorded each day in the week to 4 November. The figure is down 45% on the week. On average 5 deaths a day are being linked to the virus.
