There are currently around 30,000 lamp posts along the motorway network in Flanders. Of these 40% are already equipped with LED bulbs. The Flemish Transport and Public Works Minister Lydia Peeters (liberal) intends to speed up the process of replacing traditional bulbs with LED bulbs in the remaining 60%.
