The trade unions that represent the country’s police officers are taking action at Brussels Airport in Zaventem (Flemish Brabant) and Charleroi Airport in Hainaut Province. The unions are demanding that the Federal Government respects an agreement on a pay rise for police officers and on arrangements for early retirement that was made earlier this year. Although the police at the airports aren’t striking, they say that it is likely that there will be disruption on what is a particularly busy day
