The Federal Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborne (Flemish liberal) and the Panamanian Maritime Affairs Minister Noriel Arauz have signed an information exchange agreement to help tackle drug trafficking through Belgian ports and assist in the fight against organised crime.
