Un « Most Wanted » belge arrêté aux Pays-Bas : il est condamné notamment pour viol et prise d’otage

Fugitif depuis 10 ans, Jeton Begesi, condamné pour enlèvement, viol et prise d’otage, a été arrêté à Schoten juste avant la prescription de sa peine. Inscrit sur la liste Most Wanted, il est désormais incarcéré pour purger sa condamnation.
