New solar cell optimization facility starts operation in Halle/Saale

State Minister of Economic Affairs for Saxony-Anhalt leads inauguration Halle/Saale, 09/30/2011 – Norwegian company Innotech Solar ASA is today celebrating the commissioning of a new solar factory in Halle/Saale.
