Im Netz bin ich über ein aktuelles Interview mit Jack Valenti, Präsident der US-amerikanischen Filmdindustrie MPAA gestolpert. Und da ich die besten Antworten irgendwo abspeichern wollte, da man sie sicherlich nochmal verwenden kann, mache ich es gleich mal hier. Frage: Do consumers have a fair use right to remix a few seconds of a Hollywood movie into a home movie project? There is no fair use to take something that doesn’t belong to you.
