New clashes between anti-ICE protesters and federal agents have broken out outside a New Jersey detention center. Footage captured on Tuesday (26 May) shows chaos ensuing outside of Delaney Hall - where hundreds of detainees have been staging a hunger strike, alleging inhumane conditions inside the 1000 bed-facility.
