The uniform entry and exit point of the Public Payments Administration of the Republic of Slovenia serves as the exchange point of e-invoices with budget users. The exchange of e-invoices with budget users is governed by the Provision of Payment Services to Budget Users Act. Those doing business with budget users must submit e-invoices for the supplied goods and performed services.
