Agriculture Directorate

The Agriculture Directorate draws up strategic and programme documents on common agricultural policy and rural development. In accordance with its competence, it performs tasks related to sustainable agriculture, agricultural markets, sectoral plans and the rural development programme. It is responsible for structural policies, the regulation of agricultural land and land-improvement operations, the register of agricultural holdings, and climate change issues.
