Minister Appoints new Chairperson Designate and re-appoints eligible members for a second term of the Council of National Council for Special Education (NCSE)

The Education of Persons with Special Educational Needs (EPSEN) Act 2004 provides that the Council shall comprise 13 members (at least 6 men and 6 women), including one Chairperson.
