Government Approves Measure to Ensure Home Ownership as Tenure Type is Provided for in Local Authority Housing Strategies

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien, TD, has welcomed the Government’s approval for the drafting of a legislative amendment that will require local authorities to ensure home ownership as a tenure type is provided for and estimated in their Housing Strategies.
