Government gives go ahead to draft legislation for Limerick directly elected mayor
Mr Peter Burke TD, Minister of State for Local Government and Planning welcomed the Government’s decision earlier today to begin drafting legislation to provide for a directly elected mayor with executive functions for Limerick.
