Minister O’Brien publishes Land Development Agency Bill 2021

Minister Darragh O'Brien has published the Land Development Agency Bill 2021. The Bill establishes the LDA on a statutory basis and sets out the core goals of the LDA to undertake strategic land assembly and fully utilise state lands to build affordable homes and sustainable communities.
