Minister Murphy welcomes reduction in rough sleeping in Dublin and announces new measures to address rough sleeping nationally
A report furnished to the department by the Dublin Region Homeless Executive showed that there was a reduction of 74 individuals (40%) from the last count which took place in November 2017.
