California governor Gavin Newsom is suing Fox News for defamation over their coverage of an alleged call with Donald Trump which Newsom says never happened. Newsom is suing for $787 million, the same amount Fox News settled with Dominion Voting Systems for repeatedly promoting false information over the 2020 presidential election.
