This is the tense moment a terrified five-year-old boy was rescued after his lilo was dragged out to sea in Naples. His brave grandmother had swum out to try and rescue him but strong winds and dangerous currents meant she was unable to reach him or swim back. The pair had been dragged more than two miles from Castellammare di Stabia, on the western coast of Italy, before a coast guard managed to find them.
