18-year-old Jesus Ramos is missing and presumed dead after working in the fireworks factory that caught fire and exploded in Yolo County, Esparto California. Ramos; girlfriend, Syanna Ruiz, said he was working his first day on the job when it happened. The young couple was also expecting a child.
