Video: Surveillance video shows 12-year-old boy appear to stab woman | Daily Mail Online

The 12-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault and the seven-year-old was found not culpable under Texas law. Police said the victim was airlifted to the hospital for surgery and is in recovery.
