Shadow home secretary James Cleverly said Yvette Cooper used 'made-up' figures when she told MPs the Tory government's Rwanda policy cost the taxpayer £700 million.Mr Cleverly said the figure was "completely made up", and claimed the actual upfront cost was around £270 million.
