Video: Man snatches mobile phones from people on the streets of Manchester | Daily Mail Online

Greater Manchester Police has released CCTV footage of the three incidents that were caught on camera. The man, aged in his 30s, was unknowingly caught on CCTV committing these crimes in Manchester city centre.
