Murdo Fraser has said change is a "matter of survival" for the Scottish Conservatives as he welcomed the backing of two other MSPs who dropped out of the leadership race.The veteran MSP received the support of Liam Kerr and Jamie Greene, both of whom ended their own leadership bids, at his official campaign launch in Perth on Thursday.
