Thousands of people gathered in London on Monday for vigils and protests over the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.The Israeli embassy in west London was boarded up as hundreds took part in a pro-Palestine demonstration.Meanwhile, around 2,000 people attended a Jewish community vigil in Westminster for Israel, arranged by the Board of Deputies of British Jews and the Jewish Leadership Council.
