Israel's military on Wednesday denied it was involved in the blast that is feared to have killed hundreds of people at a hospital in Gaza City.Spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said Israel instead believed the explosion was the result of a failed rocket launch by Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants.
