A suspect in the Merced County, California kidnapping case, Jesus Manuel Salgado, is in custody but the victims, Aroohi Dheri and her mother Jasleen Kaur, her father Jasdeep Singh and the baby's uncle Amandeep Singh. The victims are still missing.
