Video: Rescue services on the scene after fire breaks out in Westminster | Daily Mail Online

Footage from the scene shows multiple police vans and rescue services in Westminster responding to a fire at around 11.30AM on Tuesday morning. There were said to be 40 firefighters and six engines on the ground.
