Israel strikes main south Lebanon bridge and orders destruction of homes

Lebanon's prime minister has claimed Israeli attacks on bridges over the Litani river in the south are a "dangerous escalation" and could be a "prelude to a full scale ground invasion". Israel said it had attacked routes used by Hezbollah.
